By accessing this site, creating an account, placing an order, joining the affiliate program, or using any ZOVA Labs service, you agree to these Terms and all linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.
Research-use only restriction
All products are offered only for lawful laboratory research by qualified purchasers. Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or consumer products.
- No product is intended for human consumption, animal consumption, injection, ingestion, topical use, diagnostic use, disease treatment, fertility use, athletic enhancement, cosmetic use, or any in-vivo use.
- No site content provides dosing, administration, compounding, reconstitution, medical, veterinary, or clinical instructions.
- Purchasers are responsible for lawful handling, storage, labeling, documentation, disposal, and use.
Purchaser qualifications
You represent that you are at least 21 years old, legally able to contract, and qualified to purchase research materials for lawful laboratory use. ZOVA Labs may request verification, reject accounts, cancel orders, or restrict access at any time.
Orders, screening, and refusal
Order submission does not guarantee acceptance. We may review orders for fraud, risk, legal restrictions, payment issues, shipping limitations, affiliate abuse, or research-use compliance. We may refuse, cancel, refund, or hold an order when we believe the transaction creates risk or violates policy.
Product information and COA records
Product descriptions, catalog pages, labels, batch records, and certificates of analysis are provided for research procurement review. They are not medical claims and should not be interpreted as safety, efficacy, suitability, or regulatory approval statements.
Accounts and affiliate access
Affiliate accounts may be approved, denied, suspended, or terminated for misleading claims, prohibited content, fraud, chargeback risk, or policy violations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZOVA Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from site use, product handling, account access, checkout, shipping, delays, or policy enforcement.
