Because catalog materials require custody controls, product integrity, and research-use compliance, opened, handled, stored, temperature-exposed, or delivered research materials are final sale and cannot be returned for resale.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order enters processing, label creation, fulfillment, carrier pickup, or compliance review.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to support@zovalabs.co promptly with order number, photos, packaging details, and carrier information. We may request additional evidence before approving a replacement, credit, refund, or denial.
Abuse and policy enforcement
Return, refund, chargeback, or replacement abuse can result in order cancellation, account restriction, affiliate suspension, or refusal of future service.
