Processing and dispatch
Orders are reviewed before dispatch and may be delayed or canceled for payment review, address issues, inventory, shipping restrictions, compliance review, fraud signals, weather, carrier disruption, or policy concerns. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking information is provided when available. Carrier scans and delivery timing are controlled by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address before checkout.
Shipping risk and address errors
ZOVA Labs is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, forwarding issues, stolen packages after carrier delivery scan, refusal, abandonment, or carrier service interruptions unless required by law.
Shipping restrictions
We may restrict shipping to certain locations or cancel orders where laws, carrier rules, risk controls, or research-use compliance concerns apply.
